These Terms and Conditions set out the terms of the agreement between you and Lifestyle Steel. By using our web-site you unreservedly accept these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy, and you agree that your use of our web-site, including any purchase of goods from us, is subject to the terms thereof. These Terms and Conditions cannot be varied without our written consent. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and the current version will always be shown on the Terms and Conditions page of our web-site. We encourage you to read these Terms and Conditions, and contact us if you have any particular questions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our web-site in any manner. Important Notice: We use cookies on our site for the purpose of marketing & advertising. Your data will not be shared or sold to any third parties. We will not be liable if for any reason our web-site is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may need to restrict access to our web-site (wholly or partly).
2. Using Augmented Reality (AR)

Coming soon we will have our AR App available and ready to use. All you will need to do is download the app, scan the QR code with your phones camera, and it will show in your AR app! Videos how to use the app will be on the website soon.

3. Order Placement
We are happy to take orders online, in-store or over the phone. Are you looking for that special custom piece, or a different size of one of our current decor items and don’t see it on our store? We would love to hear from you. We are certain we can create something beautiful that reflects your style and personality. Fill out the form below and let’s start the brainstorming!
4. Payment Options
We accept the following payment methods:

5. Shipping and Delivery

We have an option to pick up from our Head Office (HiRok) at Lawnton. Alternatively, we offer affordable shipping & freight Australia wide. 

You can check the cost of shipping using our calculator located on the checkout page by using your postcode. We aim to make freight as affordable as possible. We are happy to work with you if you prefer to use your own freight-forwarding company. 

As each order is custom made, we generally need 2 weeks to produce before shipping out. If you need an order faster than 2 weeks, please call our customer service team on 07 3096 0476.

We will send out the tracking number for your order once it has been shipped. Alternatively, please email or call anytime and we are happy to help track your order. 

At the moment, we are not shipping internationally. However, please feel free to contact us directly via email or phone. 

6. Returns

Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving your item.
We accept exchanges for replacement or store credit, but not refunds.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Lifestyle Steel will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

7. Privacy Policy
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, upcoming sales and events, new products and other updates.
